About the Founder

Hi, I’m Gwen, the Founder of The Inner Alignment, Co.

I created The Inner Alignment, Co. after walking the journey of recovering from a severe mental, emotional, and physical burnout from stress. What I thought was career related stress turned out to be an accumulation of early life trauma, a dysregulated nervous system, and not having the tools to understand how to process and express my emotions. 

Early in my attempts at breaking free from my stressful life, I left my six figure income and attempted to move to Costa Rica because I thought it was the answer to a less stressful life. I quickly realized that changing my entire life was not the answer I was seeking. I wanted to know how to feel healthy, happy, and alive in mine. So, I embarked of healing myself from the inside out.
